HPLC - Beckman Gold

  1. Beckman-Coulter System Gold HPLC capable of running at both higher (>25MPa), and lower ( <5MPa) pressure.
  2. Possible to run HPLC separations of small organic molecules (Reversed Phase Chromatography), as well as FPLC applications for biomolecular separations.
  3. Variable wavelength UV/VIS (single wavelength detection channel).
  4. Apart from a manual sample injection, the system is computer controlled using the 32 Karat System Gold software.
  5. The system is equipped with a fraction collector, allowing sample retrieval for additional processing/analysis.
