STEP 1:  Upload Project Information

First, please download and fill out a project information form (Word Format) and then return here to upload it.

Please note that before tool training can begin, you must schedule a facility safety tour. (Door access will not be granted until after you complete the Safety Tour.) For cleanroom users, safety tours are held every Wed at 10AM, confirm attendance with Brian Bowman. For 2nd floor lab acccess, contact Penny Burke.

You will need either a Cornell account number or an external purchase order number to register. Which do you have?
