Please fill out the following information and rank your workshop preferences. There are two workshop selections for Middle School Students, and three workshops selections for High School Students. Please also rank your time-slot preferences. Each of the workshops is offered at all three times.

Participants will be notified via email which workshop(s) they are admitted to 2 weeks prior to NanoDay at Cornell.

Parents/Guardians will need to drop students who are under age 18 off at their workshops 5 to 10 minutes prior to the workshop's start time. Locations of the workshops will be sent with the workshop acceptance notification.

Parents will need to sign permission forms for students when students are dropped off. The permission form is available as a PDF file Students will need to have permission forms signed or they will not be able to participate. Students who are attending with friends' families should bring signed permission forms, signed by a parent at home.

Parents will have to pick up students who are under age 18 from their workshop, at the conclusion of the session.
